New Associate Benefits

Welcome to the Regions team. If you’re a full-time associate in a benefits-eligible position, here’s what you should know about enrolling in benefits.

  • You must enroll within 31 days of your first day of employment.
  • If your start date is the first of the month, you’re eligible for benefits beginning that day.
  • If you’re hired on the second of the month or later, your benefits will start on the first day of the following month.
  • If you don’t enroll, you’ll be enrolled in the Core medical plan with associate-only coverage.

Enrollment is quick and easy — from work or home.

Once you’ve reviewed your benefits options, easily enroll from work or home through the Workday associate application. You will receive a Benefits Enrollment notification in your Workday Inbox.

  1. Select the Workday Inbox icon.
  2. Select the Benefits Enrollment task.
  3. Complete enrollment.
